Why wouldn't it be? He's been given "official" status which does suggest he's the real one. I think it's highly unlikely he would be given that otherwise.
Otherwise do you think Yahoo would invent his profile and then risk getting sued by him or that Jamie would risk getting sued by Yahoo by getting someone else to write the question for him? He will be getting paid for this. This just helps him raise his profile and sell more books etc. - Hence the plugs to his books, interestingly to North American versions where he won't be as well known (or sell as many books) as he does in the UK |
