Want to purchase things from there but I'm scared I won't ever get them or maybe they won't be in new condition. I'm not sure if I know of anyone having a problem with the websit but also never have I asked!
Does anyone have any problems with recieving items they order or etc?

Ebay is a website where anyone can sell and buy items. It is a legit website. Just make sure that the seller you are buying from has good feedback and check for warranty or return policy.

My experience with ebay is not good. I bought an mp3 player and the seller lied about the item location. Ebay rules say that if you have a problem with a sale, you have to waste a month trying to negotiate with the seller. Ebay will not intervene in the first month, even if the seller has broken their rules.

eBay itself is absolutely legitimate. What you're concerned with is the individual sellers that make up the website. To be safe, it's best to buy only from sellers that have a good reputation in the community. This means that they should have positive reviews and are quick to contact you should you have any questions.
