ok so im 15
i made a paypal account lied about my age said i was 25
my brother sent me money through paypal
it said i cant use that money until i either link my bank account or credit card
i obviously dont have a bank account or credit card
so it wont let me do anything with that money
i cant even send it back to him
and its alot of money so what should i do
is there anything i can do??

You are able to send money and receive money without a bank account or credit card attached.

Just send the money back to him, if you go to the payment details button at the bottom there is a link to refund payment, click it, this way you will not be charged the fees that you were charged when you received the money. .

Uh, where are your parents? Im sure they will let you link one of their accounts if the money is from your brother, or legitimate. Or Just have your brother link one of his...Or if you can't do any of that then just have your brother cancel it on his end.

You have 2 choices.

1. Request that PayPal send you a check...it can take up to 30 days but you will get your money. Then take it to a check cashing place...you will have to pay a fee to cash it, but I'm sure it will be worth it since you will then get your money.

2. Spend the money online. You can use that money on any website that accepts Paypal which a ton of online businesses do. Since you can buy pretty much anything online, you should be able to get what you want.

You do not have to have an account or credit card. I send money to my mother all the time and receive money, and I do not have any kind of back up funding listed.

I think, as long as you have money at your paypal, you can buy product online with your paypal, but you can have paypal account if you have bank account or credit card, so paypal can't approve your request if you don't have both of them, and if you already have paypal account, you can send back again the money to your brother, paypal just need email of your brother that he use for paypal
