ok i have shipped my ebay item..but no transaction pop up in my paypal account..i did recive a messase from paypal telling me to ship the item.. but when i scroll down the money says PENDING..how do i recive my money already..it says we placed a temperaroly hold fund for this transaction..

Sadly you might be out of luck, there might be a problem with the buyers account or he used a echeck

are you SURE of the legitimacy of the Paypal "ship the item" email?
this is typical scam stuff - the email seems legit but is not.

You need to contact Ebay immediately and contact the person who bought the item. You should NOT have mailed the item until you are paid. You should only accept Paypal payments on Ebay and accept nothing else because paypal is guarenteed.

did you track the product other wise phone pay pal and discuss it with them

If you are a new seller on Ebay or have under a certain amount of feedback Ebay will hold the money for 21 days. They do release the money earlier if your buyer leaves positive feedback or within 3 days of them verifying delivery of item.

When listing your item there is a notice from Ebay about the policy.
