Yes you can, but before you do you might want to find out if you can add them back later should they return.

Yes.
Most insurance won't cover "out-of-network" doctors, hospitals and clinics - so you would be wasting your money to keep the coverage. Check with the insurer. |

You probably can't do it 'til open enrollment if it's a group plan. If it's an individual plan then you can cancel at any time for any reason.

If it's private coverage, yes. If it's through your employer, you cannot delete them from coverage until the open enrollment period comes along.
