I've moved into this house last year, and there is a huge open lot next to my backyard.
I've noticed that this tree which located right next the fence of my yard totally overgrown over my yard and much of its dead leaves and berry looking things have fallen onto my yard.
It has reached to the point where I cannot stand keep cleaning week after week.
I need to find the owner of this lot so that I can ask him/her to do something about the tree.
How can I find who is the owner of the lot.
By the way, I live in Redlands, CA.
