I have an application form that includes a credit check I just need to know where to check the credit. I don't want to discriminate against people but if they don't pay thier bills they are not renting from me.

Your city may have a walk-in credit company. You pay and leave with a complete credit report. It is a good idea to take the tenant with you.
thelpa.com charges a fee to do a credit check for landlords. ntnonline.com does them for a fee. ( I don't work for either one) clearscreening.com is a free service ( i don't work for them). criminalsearches.com is a free service ( i don't work for them) |
