When I went to college at 18, the apartment complex where I lived did not have mailboxes for each apartment (note the postal regs could have changed) so to insure I received all of my mail, letters and packages adressed to me (as I attended from out of state), I went to the Post Office on campus and paid for a P.O. Box and was given a key. By the way, at that time PO Boxs were relatively inexpensive and I even continued renting a PO Office after I graduated from college near my work to like my Wall Street Journal subscription delivered there...but the rental costs have gone up considerably.
Hope the Above Info Helps! |

You would have to be old enough to sign a legally binding contract, usually 18.
