You should immediately close your account and make a complaint to regulatory authorities.

when you call them did you said you are avictim of idently theft?
did you check your credit report ? did you call the fraud dept of the credit card Company? did you file a police report? you have to write them and enclose either a copy of a police report or a fraud affidavit (found on the FTC website) then they are requried by law to send you a copy of the information |
