When a business that has outgrown it's domestic market and has achieved significant sales internationally looks at it's over-all costs, it often becomes apparent that re-locating it's manufacturing to a lower wage / lower benefits / higher skilled and country (with less onerous labor laws) and the Head Office to a lower Tax country, will pay dividends for the shareholders ..
In other words, the main benefit is overall higher Return on Investment .. |
